大坝浇筑进度可视化系统

    Dam Construction Simulation System

    • 摘要: 讨论了基于Qt应用程序开发框架和OSG图形引擎应用程序设计接口的浇筑仿真系统的开发方法,实现了某混凝土坝浇筑过程的可视化仿真.在技术层面上,提出了对大坝整体模型进行三维裁剪来得到不同浇筑时期大坝的模型的方法,避免了以往工程仿真中手工对不同时期分别进行建模的方法.此方法完全根据施工采集的高程数据来生成对应的浇筑情况;二维可视化也是用同样的思路来动态模拟浇筑状况,同时将温度、应力场散乱点数据重建为网格,与二维仿真有机的融合在一起.最后给出了研究结果.

       

      Abstract: Along with the development of virtual reality technology,simulation system as a new perspective of management methods and technical means in the progress of the project management,plays an increasingly important role.This paper discussed the development of applications based on Qt framework and the OSG Engineer application programming interface pouring simulation system development methods,and realized a concrete dam pouring process of visual simulation.At the technical level,we proposed that the mode of the dam for a certain period could be created by cutting a whole 3D dam model,avoiding creating it manually.The data was collected to generate corresponding pouring.The two-dimensional visualization of the same train of thought had the dynamic simulation pouring situation at the same time.Temperature,stress field scattered data points for the network reconstruction Georgia,intergrated with the two-dimensional simulation together.
