我国大城市静态交通的可持续发展研究——兼论利用地下空间缓解北京静态交通问题

    Research on the Sustainable Development of Static Traffic in Chinese Large Cities——Taking Use of Underground Space to Relieve the Beijing Static Traffic Problem

    • 摘要: 基于可持续发展原则,通过对大城市静态交通问题的分析,认为解决大城市静态交通问题的重要途径是:加强城市静态交通的政策与管理、实施城市交通综合发展战略和开发利用地下空间.通过分析城市静态交通地下化的特点与综合效益,提出了城市静态交通地下化的规划原则与过程.在此基础上,针对北京静态交通的具体问题和北京开发利用地下空间的优势,结合北京总体结构布局特点与城市交通发展战略,提出了北京静态交通系统的规划布局和发展建议,并认为北京应采取限制城市中心区内部停车的城市停车结构系统.

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of sustainable development to analyze the static traffic problem of large city, the important approaches to resolve static traffic problem is to reinforce the city static traffic policy and management and to carry out the compositive city traffic developing strategy and develop the underground space; Analyzing the feature and compositive benefit of getting static traffic into underground, the author puts forward the planning and arrangement principle of the undergrounded city static traffic facilities. On this basis, according to the concrete problem of Beijing static traffic, the advantage of developing underground space, the general distribution feature of Beijing and the urban traffic development strategy, some suggestions on the planning arrangement and development of Beijing static traffic systems are proposed. Generally speaking, the parking structural system to restrict parking in the central zone should be adopted in Beijing city.
