用DSP控制的三相弧焊逆变电源PFC技术

    PFC of Three Phases Arc Welding Inverter Controlled by a Digital Signal Processor

    • 摘要: 针对三相弧焊逆变电源功率因数校正控制较为复杂的特点,采用数字信号处理芯片为控制载体,能够实现复杂的控制算法,同时使控制方法的选择更加灵活。在对空间矢量控制原理研究的基础上,通过数字信号处理芯片将其引入到弧焊逆变电源功率因数校正控制中,达到较好的谐波抑制效果,功率因数近似为1,并具有良好的动态响应特性,通过变动负载实验验证了其用于弧焊逆变电源功率因数校正的可行性。

       

      Abstract: The authors adopt a digital signal processor (DSP) as a core of control to implement the complicated algorithm so as to meet the need of the power factor correction (PFC) of three phases arc welding inverter. In the meanwhile, when different control methods are chosen, the flexibility of DSP is occurred because of its fast speed characteristic. The principle of space vector modulation is also studied, and introduced to realize the PFC of three phases arc welding inverter based on DSP controlled system. Good harmonic suppression result and unit power factor are achieved. In addition, dynamic load of arc welding inverter is tested to confirm the feasibility of PFC of three phases arc welding inverter mainly controlled by a DSP chip.
