Abstract:
In order to further study splicing site, recognize algorithm and improve the accuracy of prediction, the authors utilize the artificial neural network recognition method, select different splicing sequence samples for test, analyze the effect of donor site adjacent sequence on gene splicing and deeply probe into the relevancy between DNA sequence and splicing. The study shows that the characteristic information of splicing site differing from fake splicing site lies in the exons and introns of about 50 bases close to both sides of splicing sites, and introns contain more characteristic information than exons.
