DNA序列与剪接位点的关联性分析

    Analysis on the Relevancy Between DNA Sequence and Slicing Site

    • 摘要: 为了进一步研究剪接位点识别算法,提高预测准确率,利用人工神经网络识别方法,选取不同的剪接序列样本进行试验,分析了供体位点邻近序列对于基因剪接的影响,对DNA序列与剪接的关联性进行了深入的研究.研究发现,剪接位点区别于伪剪接位点的特征信息同时存在于剪接位点邻近两侧大约50个碱基范围内的外显子和内含子中,且内含子相对于外显子包含了更多的特征信息.

       

      Abstract: In order to further study splicing site, recognize algorithm and improve the accuracy of prediction, the authors utilize the artificial neural network recognition method, select different splicing sequence samples for test, analyze the effect of donor site adjacent sequence on gene splicing and deeply probe into the relevancy between DNA sequence and splicing. The study shows that the characteristic information of splicing site differing from fake splicing site lies in the exons and introns of about 50 bases close to both sides of splicing sites, and introns contain more characteristic information than exons.
