偏心埋入SMA丝的悬臂梁弯曲变形分析及实验研究
Theoretical and Experimental Study of Bending Deformation of a Cantilevered Beam with Off-Centred Embedded SMA Wires

摘要: 将预拉伸的SMA丝作为驱动器,偏心埋入复合材料悬臂梁内.建立了该梁受SMA驱动发生变形的力学模型,分析了SMA在不同加温阶段,由于其相变恢复力驱动该梁产生的静态变形,并进行了实验验证,实验结果与理论分析相吻合.Abstract: The restrained Shape Memory Alloy (SMA) wires, as actuators, are embedded off-centred in a composite beam. A mechanic model of the bending deformation of the composite cantilevered beam actuated by the SMA wires is presented. The static deformations of the beam actuated by the recorery force induced by SMA phase transformation in different heating stages are analysed and the theoretical predictions are validated with static experimentS. The experimental results are in good agreement with those from theorehcal analyses.
