Abstract:
Applying a computer Program with the method used in the finite element method for liquid film lubrication and the complex method optimization, this paper ontlines an optimization of four partial journal bearings with differently constructed oil chambers on purpose to find out the maximum loading capacity and the minimum frictional coefficient.
The best oil chamber parameters of a four single-stepped full bearing of maximum rigidity have also been found.
It is evident that in a hydrodynamic bearing optimization if the fitting method will not be used, a marked quantity of calculation shall undoubtedly be necessary. Now within this program some effective maens can give this problem a preliminary solution.
