Abstract: The working process of phased array radar, radar adaptive scheduler strategy and NPS of U.S.A. are briefly described, but the main factors for dealing radar scheduler, the chief problems to be solved and relative games to be plays are discussed in detail, moreover, the flow diagram of the radar adaptive scheduler algorithm of Ada language is given.
