基于数据库技术的轴的计算机辅助设计系统

    Database Technique Based Computer Aided Design System of Shaft

    • 摘要: 构建轴的结构信息的数据库,对轴的结构信息、载荷信息和技术资料进行合理的存储,并对这些信息资料设计专用检索程序;采用面向对象的程序设计方法,利用Delphi开发图形用户界面(GUI)实现轴的交互式、参数化结构设计和强度校核.根据弯扭合成强度计算方法对轴进行强度校核,根据疲劳强度计算方法对轴进行精确校核,从而实现交互式的轴结构设计与强度校核.

       

      Abstract: Data base of shaft's structure information is constructed to store shaft' s general information, load information and technical references rationally and design the special search program for these information data. The interactive and parameterized structure design and intensity check for shafts realized adopting object-oriented programming method and using Delphi to set up Graphics user are interface. In this system, intensity check and accurate check of shafts can be done respectively according to crankle-synthesized intensity calculation method and fatigue intensity calculation method. So the interactive structure design and intensity check of shafts.
