基于Link-node仿真的北京奥运应急交通疏散预案研究

    Study on Emergency Evacuation Plan Based on Link-node Simulation for Beijing Olympics

    • 摘要: 根据对奥运交通需求的预测,制定了奥运高峰日应急交通疏散预案,提出了基于link-node的路网仿真及疏散时间算法模型,根据现场调查数据和奥运交通规划搭建了奥林匹克中心应急疏散仿真路网,并对奥运高峰日疏散预案进行了仿真,得到总疏散时间、可能拥堵路段、疏散交通量、疏散行程时间及其他相关指标。

       

      Abstract: Accordipg to transportation demand prediction for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games,this paper presents the Olympic Emergency Evacuation Plan for Olympic Peak Days.Based on the link-node simulation network and field data,the paper also presents the models for calculating the evacuation time.In addition,the paper simulates the Emergency Evacuation Plan for the ninth day of the Olympic Games,and gets the results with evacuation time,likely jammed or delayed sections,evacuation traffic,evacuation travel time,and other pa- rameters.The outputs of the simulation are given and brief analyses are presented that the Emergency Evacu- ation Plan for the Beijing Olympic Games is feasible.The goal of this study is to provide a technical support for the emergency management and decision for the Olympic transportation.
