灰铸铁激光表面热处理中碳的扩散

    Diffusion of Carbon in Grey lton of Laser Surface Heat Treatment

    • 摘要: 采用激光表面热处理的方法,对灰铸铁中石墨相中碳的扩散行为进行了研究,结果表明:灰铸铁基体中条状石墨相中的碳的扩散导致周围组织发生了不同的转变,从而使过渡区/熔化区界线曲折.同时,由于采用了黑化处理,黑化剂中碳向表层组织的扩散会导致最外层硬度相对有所降低.

       

      Abstract: Using the laser surface heat treatment of greycast iron, we investigate the diffusion behavior of carbon. Results show that the diffusion of carbon in the strip shaped graphite phase of matrix result in different transformation among the ambient structures, which leads to a zigzag border between the transaction/fusion zone. At the same time,when the blacker on the surface of workpiece is irradiated by the laser beam, carbon diffusion will occur from the blacker to the matrix, which effects hardness of the surface relatively low.
