质量分数和温度对不锈钢在工业磷酸中电化学行为的影响
Effect of Temperature and Concentration on Electrochemical Behavior of Stainless Steel in Phosphoric Acid

摘要: 采用极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱(electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,EIS)研究了304L和S32304不锈钢在不同质量分数和温度工业磷酸中的电化学行为.研究表明:随着工业磷酸质量分数的增大,304L和S32304两种不锈钢自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流逐渐增大,极化电阻增大,耐蚀性增强;随着工业磷酸溶液温度的升高,304L和S32304两种不锈钢自腐蚀电位和自腐蚀电流逐渐增大,极化电阻和溶液电阻逐渐减小;工业级磷酸溶液中,304L不锈钢的耐蚀性能较S32304不锈钢的差.Abstract: Electrochemical behavior of 304L and S32304 stainless steel in phosphoric acid solution with different temperatures and concentrations by means of polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.Resultsshowed that with the increase of the phosphoric acid solution concentration,the corrosion voltage,the corrosion current and the polarization resistance of stainless steel increased.With the increase of the phosphoric acid solution temperature,the corrosion voltage and the corrosion current of the stainless steel increased and the polarization resistance and solution resistance decreased.Therefore,the corrosion-resistant properties of S32304 stainless steel are superior to that of 304L stainless steel.
