摘要: 为了研究剪切率对润滑油工作性能的影响,建立二维油腔的整体模型,利用Fluent软件,采用有限体积法数值模拟不同转速下大尺寸静压转台中润滑油工作性能的变化.计算结果表明,随着转速的提高,即流体层之间剪切率的增大,液体的黏度会发生很大变化,进而对静压转台的工作性能产生很大影响,并且具有剪切稀释特性的非牛顿流体在高速条件下具有更好的工作性能.计算结果对于大尺寸、高速运转的静压支承系统的设计及油膜工作稳定性的研究有指导意义.Abstract: A two-dimensional model is established for studying the shear rate's effect on lubricating oil of Newtonian fluid and Non-Newtonian fluid.Oil film's work properties of large size and high-speed hydrostatic support system are simulated by the finite volume method.Results show that the viscosity of liquid changes with the increase of the speed,and the shear thinning non-Newtonian fluid has a better work property.These are important to the design of the hydrostatic support system with large size and high-speed and to the investigation of oil film's work properties.
