    The Analysing and Controlling of Droplet Transfer Process During CO2 Short Circuiting Arc Welding

    • 摘要: 根据飞溅机理,对短路液桥收缩过程进行了深入分析和定量描述,指出短路液桥收缩过程规律并对液桥收缩程度进行了实时检测.在此基础上,首次提出了一种恒压与陡降复合的电源外特性,实现了对液桥收缩过程的实时控制,显著地降低了焊接飞溅,取得了优异的工艺效果.

       

      Abstract: Based on the mechanism of spatter, the contracting process of short circuiting bridge is analysed and a quantitative description is given. The rules of the contracting process are shown and the contracting degree is tested on real bine. On the analysing base, a specific power source, with the composite external characteristics of permanent voltage and sudden fall, is proposed unprecedently. It controls the bridge contracting process in real bine, and results in a stable short circuiting arc welding process with much low spatter.
