再生混凝土骨料应用于沥青路面的路用性能试验

    Road Performance of Recycled Concrete Aggregate Applied to Asphalt Pavement

    • 摘要: 为了将再生混凝土用于骨料沥青混合料,提出了再生混凝土骨料应用于沥青混合料时最佳沥青含量的估算方法,并运用马歇尔试验予以验证,试验结果与本文建议的理论估算值吻合较好.试验还研究了不同再生混凝土骨料掺量下的沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,分析了影响各项性能指标的因素和原因.结果表明:再生混凝土骨料沥青混合料的各项路用性能均满足国内规范要求.

       

      Abstract: In order to use the recycled concrete aggregate in asphalt concrete,a method is proposed to estimate the optimum asphalt content in asphalt concrete which contains recycled concrete aggregate,and the result of the method is verified by Marshall experimental result.According to the experimental research of road performances of asphalt pavements at different contents of the recycled concrete aggregate,such as high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance and water stability,the reasons are given for the variation of the performance.The research results show that the road performance of asphalt concrete containing recycled concrete aggregate satisfies the standard requirement.
