硅溶胶/苯丙乳液杂化复合木材的制备与性能

摘要: 为改善人工杨木材的硬度及尺寸稳定性等性能,以硅溶胶和水性苯丙乳液杂化而成的复合体系为前驱液,采用空细胞法浸渍处理木材,利用扫描电镜分析了复合木材的微观结构,研究了各因素对复合木材性能的影响.结果表明,苯丙乳液-硅溶胶前驱液处理木材的抗水性和尺寸稳定性随苯丙共聚物组分的增加而提高,并且其力学性能随木材增重率的增加而增大,增重率为78%的处理材顺纹抗压强度较素材提高约50%,硬度增加1.7倍,其抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量分别提高了61%和86%,质量磨损率降低了75%.Abstract: To improve some performance of poplar wood,such as low hardness,bad dimension stability,bad abrasional performance,and silica sol and styrene-acrylic latex mixture system were introduced into pores of poplar wood.The factors,which affects weight percent gains(WPG)and dimensional stability as well as mechanical properties of the composite wood,were investigated.The results show that WPG increase with the amount of precursors and the times of impregnation,and the dimensional stability and the mechanical performance as well as water resistant are enhanced.
