模态力法用于机床结构系统动态分析的研究

    Research on the Application of “Modal Force Method” Technique in Analyzing Dynamics Behavior of Machine Tools Structure System

    • 摘要: 提出了一个适用于机床结构系统动态性能分析的高效而精确的计算方法.通过对机床中零件间多种复杂连接关系的研究,建立了分析模型装配技术,从而把零件有限元分析、结合面特征与模态综合紧密集成在一起,同时,为了提高模态综合精度和满足机床结构薄弱区域识别的需要,建立了若干新的计算公式该方法具有计算速度快、精度高,对硬件环境要求低等优点,为结构布局修改及优化设计提供了高效手段.

       

      Abstract: In this paper, an efficient and precise calculation method suitable for analyzing dynamic behavior of the structure system of the machine tools is present. In the method, in order to greatly shorten computing bine of the machine design analysis, a component modal synthesis technique (Modal Force Method) is adopted. By studying various complicated joint relations among the components of the machine tools, an analysis mode assembly technique was put forward, which closely integrates component finite element analysis, interface characteristics and modal synthesis. In addition, in order to heighten the accuracy of modal synthesis and meet the need of identifying weak area of the machine structure, some new formulas have been developed. From the result of an example given in this paper, it can be seen clearly that this method has the following advantages:high accuracy, high calculation speed, low requirement for hardware environment etc., and it has given an efficient means for modification of the structure layout and optimum design.
