492QC发动机NOx排放的缸间差异研究

    A Test Study for the NOx Emission Difference of Cylinders in a 492QC Spark Ignition Engine

    • 摘要: 从各缸排气道出口中心附近进行了排气样气采集,用化学发光分析仪对取样气体进行了分析,试验时改变了发动机的转速、点大提前角以及负荷大小.实验结果表明,由于缸间燃烧差异引起的NOx的排放差异不容忽视,NOx排放最大的气缸可达最小气缸的6倍之多.改进缸间排放差异对降低发动机整机的排放具有重要作用.

       

      Abstract: The NOx emission is sampled near the center of exhaust port exit of each cylinder in 492QC spark ignition engine.The NOx emission sample was analyzed using chemiluminescent detector, of which the engine speed, the spark advance and the throttle position were varied. The analyzing result indicates that NOx emission from cylinders under the same test running condition, the maximum is over six times more than the minimum amount. Thus it is clear that the different emission amount, from cylinders shouldn't be neglected. To minimize the emission amount, especially the largest emission amount of NOx among the cylinders are of considerable significance in reducing exhaust emission from engine.
