Abstract: In order to discuss the traffic problem derived from driving for sightseeing, the paper focuses emphasis on the composition and typical characteristics of driving demand, the formation of trip chains and the demand variation of different trip groups. Aiming at finding out main factors from many aspects such as personal economic characteristics and leisure time, we analyze further from the point of demand. On the basis of traffic surveys, a logit model is established to discuss the predict method basically. Finally we get the conclusion that income is one of the crucial factors, which infllenced on the driving demand.
