多单元组合结构截面强度优化

    Sectional Area Optimization Subjected to Strength Constraints for Structures Combined by Multiple Elements

    • 摘要: 为了得到满足强度约束的杆、梁、膜、板壳等多种单元组合结构的最优设计,根据满应力准则,采用量纲一的设计变量,建立了满足应力约束和尺寸约束的近似显式优化模型.以MSC/Patran软件系统为平台,调用MSC/Nastran的分析计算功能,利用PCL语言编制了通用的优化程序.数值算例中,通过本程序与Nastran程序的优化结果对比以及优化前后结构质量、应力的变化说明了模型的正确性和程序的可行性与有效性.

       

      Abstract: To obtain the optimal design satisfying strength constraints of combined structures which is composed of truss, beam, shell and membrane elements, according to fully stressed criterion and using dimensionless design variables, the approximate explicit optimization model of compined structure is founded which is subjected to strength constraints and size constraints. Taking MSC/Patran software as developing platform and MSC/Nastran software as finite elements analysis tool, the sectional area optimization program is coded by PCL(Patran Command Language). Numerical examples show rationality of the model and efficiency of the program.
