由脉搏波计算人体心输出量的方法及在临床中的应用

    Pulse Contour Method for the Determination of Cardiac Output and its Application in Clinic Practice

    • 摘要: 在修正已有心血管弹性管模型的基础上,提出一种能反映人体心脏射血能力、外周阻力、血管壁硬化程度和血液粘性等生理参数对血流量影响的心输出量计算公式。该公式只需要通过对脉搏波波形及压力进行检测,就可以在无损伤情况下估算出不同生理条件下人体心输出量的变化。经几百人的临床试验,结果是令人满意的。

       

      Abstract: Pulse contour method for the determination of cardiac output are attractive because it operates on a beat-to-beat, continuous non-invasive, safe basis and can be made automatic and inexpensive. In this paper we describe how the model of cardiovascular system leads to a formulation of cardiac output with pulse contour parameter as the calibrator. This formula shows that the cardiac output is directly proportional to the difference between systolic pressure and diastolic pressure and inversely proportional to the square of pulse contour parameter K. So it is of great use in clinic practice and clinic results are satisfactory.
