Abstract: Based on the canonical Noether's theorem and Poincarè-Cartan integral invariant for a system with singular higher-order Lagrangian, we present a counterexample with 3-order derivatives in which there is no linearization of constraints for such system to show that Dirac's conjecture is invalid.
