液体静压油膜-转台系统的模态分析及参数影响

    Modal Analysis and Parameters' Influences of Hydrostatic Oil Film-turntable System

    • 摘要: 为了使液体静压油膜-转台系统运行平稳,减小其振动,根据实际工程状况,建立了液体静压油膜-转台系统的有限元模型,并对系统进行了模态分析,研究了系统参数对系统振动频率的影响;并且,利用响应面方法得到了系统参数与振动频率之间的显式函数关系.结果表明:油腔个数、材料弹性模量和油膜刚度的共同作用对系统频率产生影响;材料弹性模量对系统低阶振动频率的影响较小,对高阶振动频率的影响较大;油膜刚度对系统低阶振动频率的影响会随着系统油腔数目的增多而增大.

       

      Abstract: In this paper,finite element models of a hydrostatic oil film-turntable system are established based on the actual working conditions to revolve smoothly and steadily,and decrease vibration.Modal analysis of the system is executed to study the system parameters' influences between the vibrational frequencies.By using response surface methodology,explicit function on the vibrational frequencies and the system parameters is obtained.Numerical results show that material elastic modulus and stiffness of oil-film combined with chamber numbers have effect on the frequencies of the system.Material elastic modulus has less impact on the lower order vibration frequencies,and significantly affects the higher order vibration frequencies.The stiffness of oil-film has increasingly influence on lower order vibration frequencies with the increase of the number of chambers.
