应用脉冲参数国家基准校准Agilent 86100C宽带取样示波器

摘要: Agilent 86100C是标称带宽为70GHz的宽带取样示波器,如果按照传统的校准方法对其校准,需要过渡时间小于2ps的脉冲信号源.中国现阶段的脉冲参数国家基准是基于NTN技术和Agilent 86100B建立的,该基准不仅是一个源基准,同时还是一个表基准.但是该基准的过渡时间为(7.25±0.50)ps,按照传统的校准思想,该基准不能实现对Agilent 86100C的校准.研究了应用脉冲参数国家基准对Agilent 86100C宽带取样示波器校准的方法,不仅扩展了脉冲参数国家基准的应用能力,也同时实现了对Agilent 86100C的校准和验收.Abstract: Agilent 86100C is the broadband sampling oscilloscope with a nominal bandwidth of 70 GHz.The pulse signal source with the transition duration of less than 2 ps is used to calibrate according to the tradtional calibration method.The national standard of the pulse parameter was established by NTN techonlogy and Agilent 86100B.The standard is not only a pulse signal source standard,but also an oscilloscope standard.However,the transition duration of pulse parameter national standard of China is(7.25±0.50) ps,and is not qulified for calibrating Agilent 86100C according to the traditional calibration method.The calibration method of Agilent 86100C using pulse parameter national standard is researched in this paper.The method extends the application of the pulse parameter national standard,and solves the calibration problem of Agilent 86100C at the same time.
