Abstract: Enterprises with foreign investment bring new energy to our economy.However among those enterprises, tax evation and tax avoidance happened frequently in recent years, which we cannot ignore. This article objectively analyses the means, the causes and the bad influences on our economy of in evation and tax avoidance, and presents detailed legal measures to prevent them from happening.
