运用多体系统运动学理论建立数控机床空间误差模型

    Volumetric Error Modelling Method for NC Machine Based on Multi-body System Kinematics

    • 摘要: 根据数控机床的特点,并以多体系统运动学理论为基础,给出了具有简捷、准确、通用特点的数控机床运动空间误差建模方法.并提出了多体系统运动误差的几何描述模型,推导出数控机床刀具相对运动约束方程,为数控机床误差补偿及刀具路线的生成提供了新的理论方法.验证了此理论和方法的正确性.

       

      Abstract: The error modelling method is one of the most important technologies for NC machine error compensation. Based on the characteristic of NC machine, a more accuracy error medeling method, which is widely used, is introduced. Meanwhile, a geometric description method for multi-body system with existed movement error is presented and the movement restrain equation of NC machine is derived. The result from related research shows that this conclusion can be applied to the NC machine error compensation and the cutter line calculation. The experimental results show that the new error modeling method presented in this paper is effective.
