异种镍基高温合金电子束焊接性研究
A Research on the Weldability of Nikel-base Alloys in Electric Beam Welding

摘要: 首次用双枪电子束TEBW焊接法对先进航空发动机、核反应堆内壁结构所使用的镍基高温合金,进行异种材料焊接对比试验;并采用小尺寸力学试验片技术,评价焊缝区(WM,HAZ,WJ,BM)的力学性能;通过选择热处理条件,对比分析锻态718合金机械性能的变化规律、HAZ区产生"晶界液化"的不同敏感性及相关因素.Abstract: This is an experimental research to compare the welding characteristics of nickel-base high-temperature alloys welded by tandem electric beam welding (EBW)with that welded by single electric beam welding (SEBW).The strength of the welding zones (WM, HAZ, WJ, BM) is evaluated by means of testing micro size specimen on the experimental process.The influence of the different post-welded heat treatments on the mechanical properties of forged 718 alloys and the sensitivity of producing "Crystal boundary liquidization" in the HAZ are presented.
