焊接电流有效值采用微型计算机处理的快速测定法

    Digital Measure of Welding Current Effective Value Using Microcomputer

    • 摘要: 本文在详细分析焊接过程中各有关量之间函数关系的基础上指出:在工程精度的允许范围之内,焊接电流的平均值和有效值之间有一种简单的对应关系,可以不考虑系统功率因数角变化的影响。根据这一关系,文中给出了这种方法采用Z—80微型机就能实现软设计原理及误差分析。实验表明,在几个毫秒之内就能准确测定出焊接电流每一个焊接周波的电流有效值或焊接电流的有效值的平均值。

       

      Abstract: Summary The method of measuring welding current in fast is need. On the basis of theoretical analysis of the functions of the welding process, it has been found that a simple relation between the welding current effective value and average value is exist, take no account to the power factor of the system.
      In this paper, the design principle of softwave of digital approach using microcomputer is discussed in detail. It has been demonstrated practically that in a few microsecond, the welder current effective value within a cycle or several cycles can be measured precisely.
