齿面部分膜润滑状态的初步测试
Preliminary Measuring of The State of Partial Film Lubrication on Teeth Surface

摘要: 在行星齿轮试验机上,用电阻法对齿面部分膜润滑状态进行了测试。试验指出,电阻随油膜厚度增加而加大,形成全膜时,电阻超过100KΩ。结果证明,由示皮器平直条纹和开路电压监视形成全膜是简单易行的。Abstract: This paper introduces a preliminary experiment using electric resistance method to measure the slate of partial film lubrication with a planstary gear testing machine. The test indicates that electric resistance increases with raising of oil film thickness. During the forming of full film, electric resistance is over 100kΩ.
The experimental results have proved that it is simple' and easy in practice to keep watch on forming a full film through a plain weave on the oscilloscope and open circuit voltage.
