Embedded Double-face Online Dynamic Balance Device and System of a Machine Tool Spindle

  • 摘要: 基于盘式在线动平衡装置原理, 提出一种液压驱动平衡盘与主轴分离, 摩擦力矩实现差速并稳定的内置式双面在线动平衡装置设计方案.给出信号采集、信号分析与控制系统、液压系统等相关技术的实现方案.通过实例证明了该方法的有效性.
    Abstract: Based on the online dynamic balance device principle, the design method of the embedded double-face online dynamic device is proposed.The balance disks can be disengaged from the spindle through a hydraulic system, and the rotation speed of the disengaged disks is kept steady and under the speed of the spindle through a friction torque.The system realization of signal acquisition, signal analysis and control, and hydraulic pressure are designed.The feasibility is proved by examples.
