Abstract:
In order to study the effects of laminar shear stress on the ex vivo expansion and differentiation of cord blood hematopoietic stem cells, three laminar shear stress of 0, 0.03, 0.06Pa are mainly investigated. The conclusion is that the laminar shear stress has no significant difference in the ex vivo expansion of total cells, CD34
+ cells and CD34
+38
-cells;When cultivated under 0.03Pa LSS, the HSC tends to differentiate from BFU-E.When cultivated under 0.06Pa LSS, the HSC tends to differentiate from CFU-GM, and when cultivated under 0Pa, the HSC tends to differentiate from CFU-GEMM.
