摘要: 为了确定实际转向过程中不确定性因素对多轴挂车转向系统的影响,通过对某多轴挂车转向系统的结构进行分析,建立了多轴挂车转向轴的转向模型,将转向横拉杆的弹性问题和不确定性问题引入模型,推导出该多轴挂车转向机构的动力学方程,并利用MATLAB对动力学方程进行求解分析.结果表明,不确定性因素引起的最大转角偏差不超过4°,因此不会对系统的正常工作造成过大影响.Abstract: To determine the actual process of steering uncertainty factors on multi-axle trailer's steering system effects,a steering model of the steering shaft was established by analyzing the structure of multi-axis trailer's steering system.The elasticity of the horizontal steering rod and the factor of uncertainty were put into the model,the dynamic equations of the steering axle were deduced,and were solved by the use of MATLAB.Results show that the max angle deviation caused by the factor of uncertainty is less than 4 degree,and it can't cause too much influence to the system.
