平面连杆机构震动力矩的谐波平衡

    Harmonic Balancing of the Shaking Moment of Planar Linkages

    • 摘要: 分析了现有的几种主要机构平衡方法的不完善之处,提出了对力平衡机构用偏心齿轮副平衡震动力矩低阶谐波分量的实用方法,数值计算表明,使用该方法可明显地改善机构的动力特性。

       

      Abstract: Dynamic balancing is very important to the high performance linkages which run at a high speed. This paper analyzes the imperfections of the balancing methods already existent, and presents a practical method which uses the eccentric pair of gears to balance the lower order harmonic component of the shaking moment. Numerical analysis has proved the effectiveness of this method.
