    Double Lead Spiroid Worm Gearing With a Beeline Contact Ⅱ——The Ways of Cutting Tooth Surfaces

    • 摘要: 针对渐开线齿形双导程偏置蜗轮副,为了推导出各种加工方法的机床运动关系,研究了渐开线齿形双导程偏置蜗轮副的特点、齿面形成原理以及各种加工方法的特点.结果表明:渐开线齿形双导程偏置蜗轮副的工作齿面都是渐开螺旋面;渐开螺旋齿面可以视为平面内的直线段的平行运动与基圆柱的回转运动合成的运动轨迹,据此提出了渐开线齿形锥蜗轮副齿面铣削加工方法;渐开螺旋齿面也可以是平面渐开线沿基圆柱上的螺旋线做螺旋运动而形成的,据此可以用数控车削方法实现齿面加工;渐开螺旋齿面亦可以是一条直线绕基圆锥做纯滚动运动而形成的,据此可以用飞刀滚切方法实现齿面加工.

       

      Abstract: In order to infer the machining kinematic relation expressions for double lead spiroid worm gearing with a beeline contact.Studied the The characteristics and the principle to generate tooth surfaces of a double lead spiroid worm gear pair with involute tooth form and characteristics of all the kinds of manufacturing.Result shows that It was indicated that all the tooth surfaces are involute helicoids and how to generate the involute helicoid was analysized.Several ways of cutting tooth surfaces were devised and expounded.The involute helicoid would be the resultant moving path of the parallel movement of a straight line in a plane and the rotational motion of the base cylinder.In view of the above,a methods to cut the tooth surfaces with a milling machine were presented and discussed.The involute helicoid would be spiral motion path of a involute on the base cylinder,and the involute is generated by the moving path of a point in a plane.Accordingly,the tooth surfaces could be cut with a NC lathe.The involute helicoid would be the rolling path of a straight line on the base cylinder.Based on this,the tooth surfaces could be machined by a hobbing machine with fly cutting.
