基于整体变形特征线的车身模态解析评价方法

    Coach Body Modal Analysis Methodology Based on the Feature Curve of Deformation

    • 摘要: 针对客车车身结构的特点,提出一种基于变形特征线的整体模态解析评价算法,能快速将客车车身结构的整体一阶弯曲和一阶扭转模态从复杂的局部模态中解析出来,使车身整体模态的提取、分析与评价更少地依赖于计算者的经验、更加客观真实,并以某大型承载式客车的车身模态解析为实际算例,采用统计学方法拟合其整体变形特征线,解析出整体一阶弯曲和一阶扭转模态,验证了本方法的有效性.

       

      Abstract: A methodology based on the feature curve of deformation is used to perform the integral body modal analysis.By this methodology the first global bending and the first global twisting mode of a coach body can be easily and quickly identified from the complicated local mode,and the extraction of the global mode is less depending on experience but more objective.A modal analysis of an integral bus is carried out.Fitting the global deformation characteristic curve of the bus by the use of statistical method,the first global bending and the first global twisting mode can be easily extracted,which verify the validity of the method.
