    Algorithm for Projection Method Estimators of Multiple Hazard Ratios

    • 摘要: 基于相对危险率的Begun-Reid估计,用投影方法构造出多重相对危险率的新型估计量,并给出了估计量及其协方差阵估计的一个算法.模拟研究表明,这种估计在中小样本的某些情形,比已有的估计有更小的方差.该算法也适用于有集束生存时间的情形,以及对混杂变量分层的模型.

       

      Abstract: We present a class of projection method estimators for multiple hazard ratios in proportional hazards model, and develop an algorithm for the computation of the estimators and their estimated covariance matrices in this article. The estimators are generalizations of Mantel-Haenszel estimator, and it has been shown that they might be more efficient than the partial likelihood estimator for moderate and small sample sizes. The algorithm can accommodate tied failure times, and stratified models adjusting for the effects of confounding variables.
