考虑第一批预应力损失的后张法箱梁张拉顺序优化

    Tension Sequence Optimization of the Post-Tensioned Box Girder Considering Prestress Loss During Stretching and Anchoring Stage

    • 摘要: 基于预应力钢筋第一批预应力损失最小原则,在构件应力和变形允许的范围内利用有限元软件实现第一批预应力损失及预应力钢筋张拉过程的模拟.同时,提出了一种在有限元软件中模拟预应力钢筋与管道间摩擦损失,锚具变形、钢筋回缩和接缝压缩损失和混凝土弹性压缩预应力损失的计算方法,并给出了一种有限元模拟预应力的修正方法.利用ANSYS软件对后张法预应力混凝土箱梁张拉顺序进行数值模拟,根据仿真结果给出了适用于不同施工工艺的最优预应力张拉顺序.

       

      Abstract: Based on the principle of the minimum loss of prestress, by using finite element software the authors simulated the first loss of prestressed and the tensioning process in range of the stress and deformation of component. Meanwhile, they presented a method in simulating the frictional loss of prestress in the corrugated pipe duck, the loss of anchorage device deformation, the contraction of reinforcing steels and compress of juncture, the loss of concrete elastic compression in finite element software. By using ANSYS the authors simulated the tension sequence of the post-tensioned box girder, and gave the optimal prestressed tensioning sequence fitting for different construction technology according to the simulation results.
