多段A/O工艺流量及体积分配方法与优化控制策略

    Distribution Methods of Influent Flows and Volume in Multi-stages A/O Process and Its Optimization

    • 摘要: 分段进水A/O生物脱氮工艺中,为充分利用污水中的碳源及系统各段的硝化容量。且有效地应对进水扰动,需进行合理的进水流量分配和缺氧/好氧体积分配。针对分段进水A/O工艺的结构和运行特点,对分段进水工艺系统的流量分配方法和体积分配方法进行理论分析,并对实际运行优化方法进行讨论.对于系统的流量分配,提出以进水ρ(C)/ρ(N)作为控制参数,并分别对碳源充足、碳源恰好合适和碳源不足3种情况进行讨论,同时给出每种情况下的运行优化方法;对于体积分配,分析缺氧/好氧体积比对系统硝化容量及其对进水中COD利用程度的影响,并对不同负荷下缺氧/好氧体积优化进行了分析.

       

      Abstract: In step-feed A/O biological nitrogen removal system,the optimal influent flow rate distribution can make full use of the carbon source in influent,and the appropriate anoxic/oxic volume ratio can save the operation cost and resist the influent disturbance effectively.Based on the characteristics of configuration and operation of step-feed process,this paper analysed the influent flow rate and volume distribution theoretically and discussed the optimization of operation.Regarding to the influent flow rate distribution,the influent C/N ratio was employed as a control parameter,and the distribution method under three different conditions when the amount of carbon saurce was sufficient,exactly appropriate and insufficient respectively,was discussed. Then the methods were given to optimize the operation.In addition,the effect of volume distribution on the capacity of nitrification and the utilization of COD in influent was also analyzed and the optimization of system under the different loads was discussed.
