Abstract:
On the assumptions of small disturbance and that it can be linearized, a method of network analysis for studying transient flow of fluid line systems is presented in this paper. Using this analysis, the authors suggest an equivalent calculating pattern of lossless model for developing a generalized network algorithm which is well suited for digital computers. It is generally applicable, quick in solving problems, and capable of solving transient flow problems of any mulliline or -element fluid systems.
