组合式碟形弹簧竖向隔震支座的设计与性能试验研究

    Design and Performance Tests of Combined Disk Spring Bearing for Vertical-isolated Buildings

    • 摘要: 提出了一种新型组合式碟形弹簧竖向隔震支座(DSB),研究了DSB的总负荷、总竖向刚度、总变形和总高度的计算方法.为研究DSB的竖向隔震效果,按此方法制作了一个承载力为5 t的DSB,并进行了性能试验.结果表明:提出的DSB的设计方法是合理且可行的,其具有高承载力、变刚度及高阻尼的特性,可以用于建筑结构竖向隔震.

       

      Abstract: A new style vertical-isolated bearing,which is called combined disk spring bearing(DSB),is introduced in this paper.Computing methods of total load capacity,vertical stiffness,deflection capacity,and height of the DSB are studied.Based on these computing methods,a DSB with 5-ton load capacity was made to analyze the vertical isolation effect of DSB,and the performance tests were conducted.The test results show that the design method of DSB is reasonable and feasible.With high load capacity,variable stiffness and high damping,the DSB can be used in vertical-isolated buildings.
