六自由度超声C扫描成像检测系统研制

    Development of a Six Degree of Freedom Ultrasonic C-scan Imaging Detection System

    • 摘要: 为了解决复杂形貌构件的超声无损检测问题,研制了一套具有6个自由度的喷水式超声C扫描自动成像系统,采用喷水耦合方式对大型平面构件、回转体、复杂曲面工件进行超声检测并实时成像。采用六自由度工业机械臂作为夹持换能器的运动机构,实现超声换能器的复杂形貌构件的仿形扫查;采用层析成像方法对工件进行实时成像;使用C#语言作为编程环境,开发了具有集成度高、适合多种工况的超声C扫描成像检测系统。经过实验验证证明,该系统稳定可靠,检测精度高,可重复性好。

       

      Abstract: A water jet ultrasonic C-scan automatic imaging system with six degrees of freedom has been developed. The water jet coupling mode is used for ultrasonic detection and real-time imaging of large planar components, rotating bodies and complex curved surfaces. The six-degree-of-freedom industrial mechanical arm is used as the movement mechanism of clamping the transducer to enabling the profiling scanning of the complex shape components of the ultrasonic transducer; The real-time imaging of the workpiece is executed by using the tomography method; Emloying C# language as the programming environment, an ultrasonic C-scan imaging detection system with high integration and suitable for various working conditions was developed. The experimental verification demonstrates that the system is stable and reliable, with high detection accuracy and good repeatability.
