高强β钛合金的发展现状与强化方法

    Development Status and Strengthening Methods of High-strength β-titanium Alloys

    • 摘要: 钛合金是比强度最高的金属材料之一, 广泛应用在航空航天领域。随着材料技术的进步, 人们对高强钛合金的研究与开发也逐渐深入。综述了国内外高强β钛合金的发展现状与主要的强化方式。重点介绍了Ti-13-11-3、Ti-l023、Ti-5553以及Ti-55531等典型高强钛β合金。梳理了高强β钛合金的设计思路, 指出了限制高强β钛合金向更优性能发展的瓶颈并提出了可能的解决途径。总结了固溶强化、析出强化、加工硬化、细晶强化以及增材技术等高强β钛合金的强化方法, 以期为进一步提高高强β钛合金的强度、优化高强β钛合金综合性能提供指导。

       

      Abstract: Titanium alloy is the highest specific strength metal material, widely used in aerospace field. With the progress of material technology, the research and development of high strength titanium alloy are gradually deepened. In this paper, the development status and main strengthening methods of high strength β titanium alloy at home and abroad were reviewed. The typical high strength titanium β alloys such as Ti-13-11-3, Ti-1023, Ti-5553 and Ti-55531 were mainly introduced. The design ideas of high strength β-titanium alloy were sorted out, the bottlenecks that restrict the development of high strength β-titanium alloy to better performance were pointed out, and the possible solutions were put forward. The strengthening methods of high strength β titanium alloy, such as solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening, work hardening, fine grain strengthening and additive technology, were summarized to provide guidance for further improving the strength of high strength β titanium alloy and optimizing the comprehensive properties of high strength β titanium alloy.
