Abstract:
To further promote the integration of mechanical quantitative assessment methods and planning of urban resilience, the concept connotation and mechanism expression of urban resilience were sorted out through literature review, induction and concept deduction, and the types of evaluation methods and threshold quantification methods were summarized. A quantitative evaluation process based on time characterization, structural attributes, spatial connections, and functional satisfaction was developed, and a quantitative expression method considering purposive and dynamic characteristics was proposed. Three dimensions framework of strategy including disaster risk expression, integration of resilience at the system level and resiliency of planning was discussed in order to cope with the problems in territorial and spatial planning of insufficient coordination in considering the risks of multiple disasters, lack of multi-level transmission of resilience elements and indicators, and lack of resilience at strategy in the planning process and preparation stage.
