    Review of the Shaking Table Foundation Design and Construction

    • 摘要: 基于国内外典型振动台设计建造案例,首先总结了振动台基础结构的分类,并提出应综合考虑振动强度、结构形式和实际场地情况进行选型;其次分析了部分关键参数对振动台系统特性的影响,如基础质量在设计时不可盲目增大,需结合结构形式进行综合设计;接着对《动力机器基础设计规范》方法、《基础工程手册》方法及Lysmer比拟法3种振动台基础动力计算方法进行了比较分析,归纳了每种方法的适用性;最后总结了振动台基础在施工建造过程中应考虑的关键问题,包括大体积混凝土开裂、基坑支护和预埋件安装精度,并给出解决方案.

       

      Abstract: Based on the typical design and construction cases of shaking table at home and abroad, first, the classification of shaking table foundation structure was summarized, and that the vibration intensity, structural form and actual site conditions should be comprehensively considered for selection was put forward in this paper. Second, the influences of some key parameters on the characteristics of shaking table system, e.g., the foundation quality should not be blindly increased in design, and the comprehensive design should be combined with the structural form, were analyzed. Third, three kinds of dynamic calculation methods of shaking table foundation, including GB 50040—96 method, Foundation Engineering Handbook method and Lysmer method, were compared, and the applicability of each method was summarized; Finally, the key problems that should be considered in the construction process of shaking table foundation, including mass concrete cracking, foundation pit support and embedded parts installation accuracy were summarized, and suggestions were put forward.
