淤泥质粉质黏土地层盾构渣土免烧空心砖固化机理与质量评价

    Curing Mechanism and Quality Evaluation of Unfired Hollow Brick With Shield Muck in Muddy Silty Clay Stratum

    • 摘要: 针对杭州地区淤泥质粉质黏土地层盾构渣土,使用土壤固化剂和石灰降低渣土含水率并测定其对免烧空心砖强度的影响特征,基于均匀试验思想,研究成型压力、水玻璃与石灰对免烧空心砖各项性质的影响规律.研究结果表明:使用土壤固化剂后渣土含水率初始无明显变化,使用石灰可立即降低盾构渣土含水率7%左右,掺入固化剂与石灰的免烧空心砖单轴抗压强度最高分别可提高27%和7%;免烧空心砖各项性能随着成型压力的增大提升效果显著,增大水玻璃质量分数能提高免烧空心砖的单轴抗压强度,但在一定范围内会降低其耐水性能,石灰作为激发剂对免烧空心砖性能有利,但过量的石灰对强度和耐水性能均有负面作用.最后,提出成型压力120 kN、水玻璃添加量10%~11%和石灰添加量5%~9%为质量最佳工况,制备而成的淤泥质粉质黏土地层盾构渣土免烧空心砖各指标均满足规范要求.

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the shield mucky silty clay soil in Hangzhou area, soil stabilizer and lime were used to reduce the moisture content of the mucky silty clay soil, and the influence on the strength of unfired hollow brick was determined. Based on the idea of uniform test, the influence of molding pressure, sodium silicate and lime on the properties of unfired hollow brick was studied. Results show that there is no obvious change in the initial moisture content after the use of soil stabilizer. Lime can immediately reduce the moisture content of shield muck by about 7%, the highest uniaxial compressive strength of the unfired hollow brick mixed with stabilizer and lime can increase by 27% and 7% respectively. The performance of the unfired hollow brick improves significantly with the increase of the molding pressure, and increasing water glass content can improve the uniaxial compressive strength of unfired hollow brick, whereas reduce its water resistance in a certain range. Lime as an activator is beneficial to the performance of the unfired hollow brick, whereas excessive lime has a negative effect on the strength and water resistance. It is proposed that the molding pressure is 120 kN, the addition of sodium silicate is 10%-11% and the addition of lime is 5%-9% as the best quality conditions, and the indexes of the prepared unfired hollow brick using shield muck in muddy silty clay stratum meet the specification requirements.
