北工大高强稀土镁合金研究进展

    Research Progress on High-strength Rare Earth-Magnesium Alloys of BJUT

    • 摘要: 主要介绍近年来北京工业大学在高强韧稀土镁合金的研究进展,通过添加稀土元素铒(Er)和钆(Gd)开发系列耐热Mg-Zn-Er合金以及高强韧Mg-Gd-Er(-Zn)-Zr合金.研究获得Mg-Zn-Er合金中I相和W相的形成范围及其对合金抗蠕变性能的影响规律;通过成分优化和复合加工方式改善Mg-Gd-Er(-Zn)-Zr合金的力学性能,为设计和制备高性能镁合金材料提供参考依据.

       

      Abstract: The developed high-strength rare earth-magnesium alloys in Beijing University of Technology was introduced in this paper. By adding Erbium (Er) and Gadolinium (Gd) elements, heat-resistant Mg-Zn-Er alloys and high-strength Mg-Gd-Er(-Zn)-Zr alloys were developed. The formation range of phases I and W in the Mg-Zn-Er alloy and their effects on the creep resistance of the alloy were obtained, and the mechanical properties of Mg-Gd-Er(-Zn)-Zr alloy were enhanced by composition optimization and composite processing, which provide a reference basis for the design and fabrication of high-performance magnesium alloy materials.
