飞机结构单机疲劳寿命监控技术研究综述

    • 摘要: 现代飞机的高性能导致飞机制造成本日益昂贵,同时对于飞机寿命监控的精确性要求也越来越高,因此飞机结构单机疲劳寿命监控成为世界各国的研究重点.回顾了飞机结构单机疲劳寿命监控技术发展历程、国内外研究现状、相关技术要点,对基于结构健康监测的飞机结构单机疲劳寿命监控技术及其关键问题进行了详细的阐述.同时为适应新时代智能化、自动化的单机寿命监控技术的发展,提出了单机疲劳寿命监控技术未来的发展趋势及面临的挑战.

       

      Abstract: With increasing manufacturing cost of modern high-performance aircraft and the growing demand for accurate aircraft service life monitoring, a great number of researches that focus on the individual aircraft life monitoring are being conducted. The development history, the present research status, and the critical techniques for individual aircraft life monitoring were reviewed in this paper. The technology and key issues of aircraft individual life monitoring based on structural health diagnosis were also elaborated in detail. At the same time, to adapt the development of intelligent and automatic individual aircraft life monitoring technology, the future development trends and challenges for individual aircraft fatigue life monitoring technology were also presented.
