预埋螺栓受力性能试验研究与理论分析

    Experimental Research and Theoretical Analysis of Mechanical Behavior of Pre-embedded Anchor Bolts

    • 摘要: 为了揭示吊装配件在混凝土中的锚固性能和受力情况,保证吊装施工安全,考虑混凝土强度、埋深以及边缘距离等因素的影响,对预制构件中的吊装、支撑预埋螺栓进行抗拔、抗剪试验研究,通过24个试件12组试验,对预埋螺栓的破坏形态、极限承载力等力学性能进行了全面分析研究.试验结果表明:在拉拔荷载作用下,混凝土破坏形态包括锥体破坏和侧锥体破坏,锥体破坏角度约为40°;剪切荷载作用下,混凝土破坏形态为边缘剪切破坏.混凝土强度、埋深及边缘距离等对预埋螺栓的破坏形态和极限承载力均有不同程度影响.在试验研究的基础上,基于混凝土破坏双剪应力三参数准则和ACI318—05规范,推导了不同破坏形态预埋螺栓承载力理论计算公式,与试验结果对比表明,公式具有良好的精度,可供工程设计人员参考.

       

      Abstract: Considering the effect of concrete strength, cover depth and edge distance, 24 specimens were carried to research the mechanical property including failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity on pre-embedded anchor bolt that is applied for the lifting and supporting of precast element. Results show that the failure mode of concrete includes cone failure and blow-out under axial tension. For the concrete cone failure, the angle of cone failure is about 40°. Under shearing force, the failure mode of concrete is cuneiform failure. Based on the experimental results and twin shear stress three-parameter criterion and ACI standard, theoretical formula for different failure modes was derived. It shows that the calculation results agree well with those of the test results, which can be applied to giving a reference for engineering design.
