重载列车QKX100与MT-2缓冲器动态特性

    Dynamic Characteristics of QKX100 and MT-2 Buffers for Heavy Haul Trains

    • 摘要: 为了了解不同缓冲器装置对重载列车运行安全性与舒适性的影响,研究了重载列车车钩缓冲器装置的动态特性.依据大秦线重载列车运行数据和列车实际运行环境,建立列车运行过程动态纵向动力学模型与钩缓装置模型,并根据模型对大秦线上运行列车装备的QKX100与MT-2缓冲器进行动态特性研究.将列车纵向动力学模型与钩缓装置模型的建模仿真结果与国内外多家机构的重载列车仿真实验结果进行比对,结果较为接近,表明所建列车运行模型的准确性.并对大秦线上装备2种缓冲器的重载列车进行紧急制动、循环制动与牵引运行仿真验证,结果显示装备了QKX100缓冲器的列车在多个工况运行时的最大车钩力与最大加速度都较小,远低于规定的安全限制值,表明该车钩对列车运行的安全性与舒适性提升较大.

       

      Abstract: To understand the influence of different coupler buffer devices on the safety and comfort of the operation of heavy haul train, and study the dynamic characteristics of coupler buffer device of heavy haul trains. In this paper, the dynamic longitudinal dynamics model of the train operation process and the coupler and draft gears model were established based on the train operation data of the Daqin Railway and the actual operating environment of the train. According to the models, the dynamic characteristics of trains equipped with QKX100 and MT-2 buffers operating on the Daqin Line were studied. The simulation results show the longitudinal dynamic model of train, the model of coupler and draft gears are close to the experimental results of many institutions at home and abroad, which demonstrates the accuracy of the train operation model established in this paper. Contrast simulations of heavy haul train with two kinds of buffers on Daqin line in terms of emergency braking, cyclic braking and traction operations were carried out. Results show that the maximum coupler force and maximum acceleration of the train equipped with the QKX100 buffer are smaller, far lower than the prescribed safety limit, and the safety and comfort of the train are greatly improved.
