T梁在三点弯曲荷载作用下的超声测试

    Ultrasonic Testing of T-beam Under Three-point Bending Load

    • 摘要: 为了研究超声尾波信号参数指标与混凝土结构所受荷载等级间的对应关系,设计并实施T梁在三点弯曲荷载作用下的超声尾波测试试验,采集T梁在22个荷载等级下的超声尾波试验数据,利用泰勒展开公式,提取并分析超声尾波试验数据中的前五阶信号成分,在此基础上逐次剔除高阶信号成分,保留前一阶信号成分并从中提取出一阶信号参数,建立超声尾波一阶信号参数与荷载等级间的关系曲线.研究结果表明:T梁超声尾波一阶信号参数与所受荷载等级间存在近似线性关系直线,直线的拟合优度高于0.99.

       

      Abstract: To study the relationship between the parameters of the ultrasonic coda wave signal and the load grades of concrete structure, an ultrasonic coda wave test of the T-beam under three-point bending load was designed and implemented. The ultrasonic coda wave test data of the T-beam under 22 load levels were collected by using Taylor expansion formula, and the first five signal components of the ultrasonic coda wave test data were extracted and analyzed. On a basis of it, the higher-order signal components were successively eliminated, the first signal components of the ultrasonic coda wave test data were retained, and the first-order signal parameters were extracted from it. The relationship curve between the first-order signal parameters of the ultrasonic coda wave test data and the load levels of the T-beam was established. Results show that there is an approximate linear relationship between the first-order signal parameters of the T-beam and the load levels, and the fitting goodness of the linear is better than 0.99.
