频率分辨率对超声非线性系数的影响及修正方法

    Influence of Spectral Resolution on Ultrasonic Nonlinear Parameter and Its Correction Method

    • 摘要: 针对较低的频率分辨率会使超声非线性系数产生一定的计算误差的问题,通过对离散傅里叶变换(discrete Fourier transform,DFT)计算过程进行理论分析以及在考虑超声信号不同截断长度、波形端点幅值等因素对计算超声非线性系数的影响的基础上,提出基于激励信号特征数据长度和端点数据特征的超声非线性系数计算方法.分别利用仿真信号和实测信号对上述方法进行验证,可将实测信号相对超声非线性系数与标准值的偏差降到标准值的10%以内.结果表明该方法能有效降低由信号截断以及频率分辨率不足引起的超声非线性系数的计算误差.

       

      Abstract: To resolve the problem that the low frequency resolution can cause calculation error of ultrasonic nonlinear coefficient, based on the theoretical analysis of the discrete Fourier transform (DFT) calculation process and the influence of the factors such as the length of the truncated length and the amplitude of the waveform on the calculation of the ultrasonic nonlinear parameter, the characteristics of the characteristic data of the excitation signal and the characteristics of the endpoint data calculation method of ultrasonic nonlinear parameter were proposed. The simulation results show that this method can effectively reduce the error of β caused by signal truncation and low frequency resolution, so that the relative ultrasonic nonlinearity parameter of measured signal can be reduced to less than 10% of the standard value.
